Available · Lightspeed Retail R-Series

Lightspeed Retail R-Series, with the records behind the numbers.

Keep your R-Series register. Bring its authorised sales and inventory records into a review that keeps locations, periods and source rows together.

Connection availability and reporting depend on your account, authorisation, configured source and completed review. Check the current connection screen before choosing a plan.

Before the numbers reach your dashboard

Authorise your account

In your own workspace, review the connection's privacy acknowledgement, then approve the provider's permissions. You choose the account; another customer's connection is not used for your reports.

Map and finish the import

Match source locations, inspect validation and continue any unfinished history. Record the same date range and location when comparing totals.

Review the source totals

Check a representative period against your POS. Review differences and missing inputs before approving reports. A successful sign-in is only the first step.

Why sales and payouts can differ

Sales, payments and bank deposits describe different events. Refunds, sales tax, fees and settlement dates can explain a difference. Do not count both a sale and its payment as separate revenue.

Refresh and reporting coverage

Imports run in pages and resume historical cursors on subsequent runs. A separate recent sweep checks the preceding 24 hours. Continuing history, optional-data gaps and missing costs or quantities are shown for review. This is not a promise of instant or continuous synchronisation.

  • This guide covers Retail R-Series. X-Series and Lightspeed Restaurant use different connections and must not be treated as interchangeable.
  • Account permissions determine what can be read. Map shops to Vanteloq locations before approving imported reports.
  • A completed refresh can still have incomplete reporting coverage. Check dates, source counts, missing costs and continuing-history status.
  • Sales and tender records do not establish bank deposits, lender balances or a complete ledger. Review those sources separately.

Permissions and control

Vanteloq requests register and inventory read scopes. This connector does not request inventory-write or register-write access.

Inspect the requested read scopes
  • employee:register_read
  • employee:inventory_read

Vanteloq processes authorised data to provide the service. Workspace access depends on roles and permissions. Review retention, service providers and your options before connecting.

If something does not match

Check the selected account and location, period and time zone, unfinished pages, refunds and source freshness. Do not fill a missing cost with zero. Keep the source reference when asking for support.
