Free plan limits. Free includes 10 AI replies and 100 imported or manually entered daily sales records per calendar month, resetting at 00:00 UTC on the first day. Reaching a limit pauses new usage without deleting your records or charging you. Free includes two available integration providers. Multiple accounts from one provider use one choice. Stripe subscription billing does not use a choice.
Processing safeguards. AI and processing have request and file-size safeguards. Paid plans retain their existing request safeguards with no automatic overage charges. AI file questions require a paid plan.

Is Free a trial?
No. Free is a regular plan with no expiry, no card and no automatic charge. It supports one owner, one location, 100 daily sales records and 10 AI replies per month. Choose two available integrations, or start with CSV or manual daily summaries. Upgrade through Settings > Billing & plans when you need more.
How does the seven-day trial work?
Your workspace’s first Vanteloq or standalone BookLoQ subscription includes seven days free. A payment method is required. A BookLoQ add-on selected with your first Vanteloq subscription shares that trial. Stripe shows your first charge date and renewal total before you subscribe. Cancel through Manage Billing before that date to avoid the first charge. Existing subscriptions, returning workspaces and add-ons added to a paid plan do not receive another trial.
Do I need to connect a bank to start?
No. Start with a supported sales source or structured CSV import. Bank-based cash measures require an authorized, verified connection. Plaid production activation is still required.
Can I change plans later?
Workspace billing opens Stripe’s billing portal for available changes and cancellation. Review the effective date and any prorated charges before confirming a change.
Does this replace my accountant?
No. BookLoQ organizes records and checks arithmetic. It does not file tax returns, move bank funds or certify that your books are complete. Keep your accountant involved in accounting and tax decisions.
