Available · Square

Square, with the records behind the numbers.

Keep Square for selling. Use authorised order, payment and stock records to inspect sales changes and decide what needs a closer look.

Connection availability and reporting depend on your account, authorisation, configured source and completed review. Check the current connection screen before choosing a plan.

What Vanteloq can read

Sales and returns
Completed orders, order lines and itemised returns, with source identifiers and dates.
Payments
Completed payments and their source references. A payment is not automatically an additional sale.
Products and stock
Catalogue variations and available in-stock quantities. A selling price does not establish the product's cost.
Customers and locations
Authorised customer, merchant and location records for the mapped business scope.

Before the numbers reach your dashboard

Authorise your account

In your own workspace, review the connection's privacy acknowledgement, then approve the provider's permissions. You choose the account; another customer's connection is not used for your reports.

Map and finish the import

Match source locations, inspect validation and continue any unfinished history. Record the same date range and location when comparing totals.

Review the source totals

Check a representative period against your POS. Review differences and missing inputs before approving reports. A successful sign-in is only the first step.

Why sales and payouts can differ

Sales, payments and bank deposits describe different events. Refunds, sales tax, fees and settlement dates can explain a difference. Do not count both a sale and its payment as separate revenue.

Refresh and reporting coverage

Imports run in pages and resume with saved cursors. The initial sales/payment window covers up to two years; later runs overlap the previous watermark to pick up changes. One run does not prove every page or location has been imported. Review the last successful refresh and continuing-history status in your workspace.

  • Inventory coverage depends on the catalogue variations fetched. Check unmapped locations and unfinished pages before relying on stock totals.
  • Product costs may be missing. Gross profit stays unavailable until the required cost evidence is reviewed.
  • Ambiguous or custom refunds and unsupported allocations require review. Do not silently spread them across products.
  • Square account eligibility, permissions and provider limits apply. Imported sales and payments do not establish bank cash or complete financial statements.

Permissions and control

These are read permissions. This connector does not request permission to create orders, change inventory, charge cards or issue refunds.

If something does not match

Check the selected account and location, period and time zone, unfinished pages, refunds and source freshness. Do not fill a missing cost with zero. Keep the source reference when asking for support.
